Note: The main entrance to the hotel is on Mulberry Street. Fantastic location, close to a ton of dining and entertainment options. All within walking distance. Hotel is fairly new, clean, spacious,and has a very comfortable bed! Antonio was very helpful and accommodating. Parking is a bit tight and requires a valet, but there is free street parking at the side and across the street ( see pics). Make sure to visit Gus’ Fried Chicken, The Green Beetle, and Dominick’s Distillery! Have a great time!

My family and I went to Memphis to see the Trail-blazers vs Grizzlies. We decided to stay here. I was restless all night. DARNISHIA (NIGHT AUDITOR) Was so welcoming and pleasant. She answered all my questions, assisted me in all my needs and makes me want to come to Memphis again So I can stay in this hotel. What an Absolutely Beautiful Human Being.

I've really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are clean and the hotel is new. The staff have been wonderful. Location is good. Parking is limited in the lot and a little expensive at $35/day but street parking is free on the side streets bordering the hotel. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel gym. One of the better free self-service breakfasts I've had at hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of hospitality and professionalism at this hotel. The manager personally greeted me upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch that made me feel instantly welcomed and valued as a guest. You can tell customer satisfaction is a top priority here. The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay—always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was the front desk helping with local recommendations or housekeeping making sure every detail in the room was perfect, the customer service was truly outstanding. Speaking of the room, it was absolutely spotless. Every corner was immaculately clean, from the fresh linens to the gleaming bathroom. It’s clear that cleanliness and comfort are taken seriously, and I genuinely appreciated the care that went into maintaining such high standards. Overall, this hotel sets the bar for what great service and hospitality should be. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Antonio was fantastic when we checked in and throughout the night. At one point it looked like he was leaving when some patrons stopped him to ask about the elevator and he ran up the stairs to try and get it back down. He is really a great representative of your establishment. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only issue we had was parking as the lot is small and I believe others had reserved the parking ahead of time. I would recommend doing that is going here. We were able to street park for free without any issue but had rather been in the lot.

I will say that after writing a horrible review for the hotel we visited before coming to this location, I am so happy my husband and I switched hotels. We initially went to Hampton Inn Walnut Grove and left almost immediately after checking in. My husband and I looked at a few spots that may give us some relief and stumbled upon this location. The price was great for a one night stay but everything about this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The hotel smelled clean, it was open, bright, and the front desk receptionist, Jay, was the icing on the cake. He was so accommodating, even asked which floor we preferred and gave the name of some really great locations close by. I did inquire about the National Guard being in the area and he even provided some relief about that situation. From the time we arrived until he time we left, Jay was at the front desk waiting and willing to give us whatever help we needed. He was amazing. The room was spectacular, fresh, clean and HUGE! We could even see a view of the stadium and downtown area from our window. I was pleasantly pleased with this location and the assistance we received during our stay.
